MIRAMONTE POINTE

Miramonte Pointe consists of two seperate five-story solid masonry buildings. This construction technique includes 12″ concrete floors, which greatly improves privacy and durability for the homeowners over the more traditional wood flooring system typical in a mid-rise building.

Each of these elevator buildings contains 38 condominium homes and 38 vehicles spaces in underground, heated parking for a total of 76 units and parking spaces.
