Who We Are
Key partners in Benchmark Developers are Ben Pecoraro and Anthony Pecoraro.
Ben Pecoraro is a self employed developer and general contractor for over 30 years. With great experience in residential and commercial construction, Ben has been a pioneer in zoning, developing, and building a combination of condominiums, commercial centers, custom homes and industrial buildings. Relevent projects include The Metropolitan Condominiums, Miramonte Pointe Condominiums, Creekside Condominiums, Colfax Condominiums, Plum Court, Wellington at Adler Park, Twin Lakes Condominiums, Riverwalk Mix-Use, and Geimers Grove Mix-Use.
Anthony Pecoraro is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology with a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering. Anthony’s responsibilities include project management and is heavily involved in development and bidding phases of construction. He also manages company marketing and branding strategies.
