This site, formerly Geimer’s Greenhouse, was a nearly 100 year-old family run nursery. A community was developed consisting of 80 condominium homes, 10,000 Square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of retail space. Paying tribute to the founding Geimer family not only in the name of the development, but also by carefully preserving many 50-plus year old trees planted by the patriarch and founder of the nursery. This grove of trees was converted into a one-acre park.
